Think of a scenario in which a client at the internship had a session with you who wants to go to rehab for 6 months but do not have the proper resources and needs your assistance with getting their needs meet. In the scenario, you must also assume that the supervisor provided you with feedback based on the discussion with the client and document in the appropriate session.
