As with Blocks 1 and 2, you will use your practice setting as a learning resource to help you develop new skills and deepen your understanding of what informs and determines the support and care we offer to service users and their carers. The block will conclude with you evaluating the effectiveness of the interventions offered to service users and carers, including the success of communications.
