Topic ( venous catheters related infections ) because this project is divided into three parts. The first attachment is 5 systemic reviews and we have to pick one And base our milestone project on it.
Capstone Project consists of the development of a hypothetical nursing-focused change plan. You will begin the project by determining a problem or opportunity in your professional setting that incorporates evidence-based practices and establish an improvement plan with proposed interventions and outcomes that could be presented to management for implementing change. This is a hypothetical change plan; therefore, actual implementation and measurement is not expected during the eight weeks of this course. However, you should create your change plan with the intent of implementing it in the future within your professional setting. If you are currently not working as a nurse, choose a change plan geared toward a past nursing situation, either something you learned in nursing school or when you were working as a nurse. The Capstone Project is divided into three milestones.
• Milestone #1 is due at the end of Week 3.
• Milestone #2 is due at the end of Week 4.
• Milestone #3 is due at the end of Week 6.
The guidelines and rubrics for all of the milestone assignments can be found in the Course Resources section of the Resources page under Course Home. Each assignment builds on the previous one, so it is recommended that you review all of them before beginning in order to gain insight into where you are going. Now is not too soon to begin working on Milestone #1.

* Identify a barrier or issue in health care that you want to address through your Capstone Project Paper. Perform a literature review on the barrier or issue using the School Library. Present 10 peer-reviewed primary research articles. These articles should be either qualitative or quantitative.
You may use either health care or nursing peer-reviewed journals; however, at least half of the primary articles must come from a peer-reviewed nursing journal. The peer-reviewed articles must consist of research published within the last 5 years.
Use the “Literature Review: Table of Evidence” template to document your detailed assessment of each primary study. This document helps break down the components of each article to ensure the article meets the requirements for a professional nursing paper. Ensure that each of your articles provides information that meets each criterion listed. Provide a detailed and clear explanation when describing how each article supports your Capstone Project and evidence-based practice (between five and six sentences).
This assignment uses a “Literature Review: Table of Evidence Grading Form” that corresponds to the “Literature Review: Table of Evidence” template. Instructors will be using the grading form to assess the assignment and provide feedback; therefore, students should review the grading form prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the assignment criteria and expectations for successful completion of the assignment.
While APA format is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide.

Capstone Evidence-based Paper Guidelines
PURPOSE
In this final assignment of the Capstone course, the student will use skills of inquiry gained in the
baccalaureate nursing program to identify a clinical issue upon which nurses have the ability to resolve or
have a positive impact. With a focus on the diversity of the individual as well as the variation of cultural
values of a particular population, the student will develop a plan for addressing the clinical issue. With the
incorporation of other disciplines from the health care team the student will describe the role the nurse
has in the implementation of an ethically sound plan.
COURSE OUTCOMES
This assignment enables the student to meet the following course outcomes.
