  • a case scenario based on the client population that would illustrate the topic chosen and place it a context for the staff to understand.

How do insurance and financial resources affect the options, health and medicine help

Question descriptionDemographics, beliefs, finances, independence, and many other factors may affect an individual’s or couple’s options for living environments.
Because of the importance of proper environment choice, you have been given the task of creating a guide to help those facing lifestyle and life care decisions. This guide will be used by both aging individuals making decisions for themselves as well as families or caregivers making choices for another individual. In your guide, you must identify variables that affect the environment options, and explain what affect they have on choices. You must also discuss why individuals and couples, as well as family or caregivers, must consider these variables when making choices.
Write a 750- to 1,050-word guide about the variables that affect options for various living environments. In your paper, answer the following questions:

  • How do insurance and financial resources affect the options?
  • How do cultural beliefs, traditions, and religion affect the options? How might these, both individually and collectively, influence choices?
  • Why should individuals and couples consider these variables when making choices?
  • Why should families or caregivers consider these variables when making choices for another individual?
  • Include at least three references.

Question descriptionIn nursing practice, accurate identification and application of research is essential to achieving successful outcomes. Being able to articulate the information and successfully summarize relevant peer-reviewed articles in a scholarly fashion helps to support the student’s ability and confidence to further develop and synthesize the progressively more complex assignments that constitute the components of the course change proposal capstone project.
For this assignment, the student will provide a synopsis of eight peer-reviewed articles from nursing journals using an evaluation table that determines the level and strength of evidence for each of the eight articles.(The form to fill in, called literature evaluation table is also attached) The articles should be current within the last 5 years and closely relate to the PICOT statement developed earlier in this course. (The picot statement is attached for reference; the topic is care provider shortage)
I need you to find 8 resource articles regarding this topic and cite them in apa format. I will need these sources to complete the final assignment at the end of the course.
The articles may include quantitative research, descriptive analyses, longitudinal studies, or meta-analysis articles. A systematic review may be used to provide background information for the purpose or problem identified in the proposed capstone project. Use the “Literature Evaluation Table” resource to complete this assignment.
