The thesis statement

Discussion
The thesis statement is probably the most important sentence in the paper, so it is important that it is clear and correct. Remember that the thesis statement is normally ONE sentence (usually the last sentence of the introduction) that asserts the topic and prepares the readers for the rest of the paper.
Once you have the thesis statement, you can begin to think about the topic sentences. Each body paragraph will have a topic sentence and that sentence will prepare the reader for each paragraph. These sentences are also important because they help tie back to the thesis statement and keep the paper organized.
For this work,
Post your thesis statement and your topic sentences. (Remember, you need a minimum of four topic sentences for this assignment.)
