WHAT IS THE STATE OF THE SUPPLY AND DEMAND FOR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS IN YOUR AREA?

eed help with Week 3 Discussion Board. This is only a discussion board question and has to be atleast 250 words or more and not a actual paper. Willing to pay $5 to get it completed ASAP because it was orginally due on 9/23/14. I need to get it in immediately so I can stil be on schedule with my class. Mounting research suggests that the demand for health care professionals is growing while supply is starting to decrease. However, the rates of supply and demand vary greatly depending on region of the country.
Based on the reading for the week and your independent research:

      • What is the state of the supply and demand for health care professionals in your area?
      • Describe the concerns, interests, and influences of the health care work force in your area. Specifically, consider how working conditions, access to advanced technologies, and/or the health care consumer population might affect a health care professional’s desire to work in the area.
    • In addition, conduct a search for future jobs in your intended field. What did your search reveal? How available are jobs in your area? How attractive are the available jobs to potential applicants?

2.. Here is an example and I would like to know what you think.
My next door neighbor works for a construction company and fell of the ladder the other day and hurt his ankle They took him to the hospital and did an X-Ray. Sent him home with pain medication and told him that it was a very bad sprain. So, he had to take a few days off…..loosing pay for two days. The company does not have workman’s comp.
So, he hobbled around for a week on his crutches, when on Friday the hospital call him and told him that the ankle was broken and he had to come back to have it fixed.  When he got back to the hospital the physician told him that they would have to break the ankle to be able to fix it.
Is this an example of high quality care? Thoughts?

Assignment 2: The Government’s Involvement In the Private Sector

Currently, numerous Americans lack health insurance because they are unable to pay for it. However, the number of people who do not have health insurance is relatively small as compared to the overall population. USA Today reported as of September 2010, 50.7 million Americans were uninsured.  In the under 18 years of age category, 16.7 % were uninsured.
