Congress and political

Americans often say that they just want Congress to “get things done,” and yet Congress was designed by the Framers to move slowly. And, when it comes to executive orders, which can move policy quickly, people have a tendency to like them when they like the president and dislike them when they don’t like the president. After completing Lesson 12, write an essay that answers all of the following prompt points:
What are executive orders? In what ways are they different than Congressional legislation?
What are the constitutional arguments for the legality of executive orders?
What are the constitutional arguments against the legality of executive orders?
In what ways might the swiftness of executive actions be good, and in what ways might
that same swiftness be problematic?
Last of all and briefly, explain how you feel about the executive orders made by
Presidents Trump and Obama, and why.
Write informative facts first; keep opinion statements to a minimum and towards the end. Be sure to back up all opinion statements with supporting factual evidence.
