For this assignment, you will begin  thinking about this form. Complete the  Prospectus Form template                 with your thoughts and plans for your Prospectus Form. A  2nd version with comments                 may help you as well. Be sure to include any questions that you have for your instructor about your ideas.This assignment can serve as a draft  for the final Prospectus Form that you will submit later in the program.  Submit the completed template in Blackboard.
