Remember to craft a clear and complete subject line for the memo, provide all the information they need to attend the meeting, and close with the next steps or how to contact you for further information. In addition, consider what you might want to send to your audience to help prepare them for the meeting. Include a list of the attachments you would include with this email along with a brief explanation of why you would include them.
