Developing Outline and Annotated Bibliography
The purpose of this assignment is to develop the outline of empirical studies you plan to include in your final paper. Do not use this information for your own paper. This is a sample on how to structure an outline. 
Paper Outline. The outline should be at least 1 page, single spaced, using standard outline numbering/lettering, and should break down the major issues (i.e., Health issue, community, 5 levels of ecological model) you plan to cover in your final signature assignment. For example, an outline for developing an educational program on breast cancer screening (see section IV. b of the outline) might look like this:

Each health center provides for the unique needs of patients in its immediate community. Many of the patients that are seen at health centers represent uninsured or underinsured patients and/or those with limited access to healthcare. This assignment will help you identify service delivery needs and provide quality recommendations for improving access to healthcare.
Read the following case study from your textbook:

  • Case 20: Big Brother is Watching: Utilizing Clinical Decision Support as a Tool to Limit Adverse Drug Events

Then, do the following:

  • Conduct research on “community health centers” by reviewing the National Association of Community Health Centers website at About Our Health Centers – NACHC
  • Choose a geographic region or location and research the types of services delivered at the community health centers in that area.
  • Describe the location including the demographics such as race and ethnicity, gender, socio-economic status, age, education level, morbidity and mortality statistics, and other common or relevant health statistics.
  • Identify the other social services that are available to your selected community to strengthen and sustain the community health system in the location you have chosen.

  1. Palliative care is an immensely important topic for nurses and there are plenty of jobs available.  there is a great demand that far exceeds supply which means that the salaries are high and getting better all the time.  this is a special kind of nursing also where the connection with the patient is very personal and patients need an enormous amount of empathy to get through this difficult stage of life.  there are many companies locally that hire nurses, both small and large.  Vista is an example of a large company and they cover all three countries.
    Instructions:

    1. Review the Ethical Practices in EOL Care module.
    2. Read the first few pages describing the content
    3. On page 5 are a series of short Case Studies (10 total). Each case study has multiple questions after it. Answer each question after reading the case study. You can utilize Chapter 27 in your textbook to answer the questions.
    4. When you are finished answering all 10 case study questions, check your answers at the end of the document.
    5. You may probably miss a couple of questions. Go back, read the case study again and correct your answer.
    6. Write your reflection(s) about why you answered incorrectly. Do this with at least two questions that you answered incorrectly. You can do more if you feel so inclined.
    7. Your paper should be:
