PROJECT INFORMATION:

This assignment consists of two parts. For this project you will research TWO senior nutrition programs that provide meals and/or food support to senior citizens. You are to answer the questions below in detail. You will then analyze the effects of each program by locating scholarly articles that support the program. For example, a number of studies have been conducting on the benefits of Meals on Wheels, Congregate meal sites, SNAP, etc. for the elderly population. Review the literature and summarize current studies based on the program you chose to report on.

OBJECTIVES COVERED: 1-5

REQUIREMENTS:

Based on your readings, use of technology, literature, and other sources do the following:

  1. Identify and research two agencies that provide meals and/or food support to senior citizens.You may desire to call the program to obtain details; do NOT copy and paste information from their website. You may paraphrase website material (and MUST cite it). Do provide names and titles of those that you speak to.
  2. Once you have identified and researched two separate senior nutrition programs, answer the following questions:

Question II – Two (2) high ranking managers of Anrun Corp. know that the company’s revenue is rapidly declining. However, at a recent shareholder meeting, they tell the shareholders to expect record profits in the next quarter. Question III – The appellate court decides that the trial court committed reversible error by including evidence found by law enforcement. Law enforcement discovered this evidence when committing a Fourth Amendment violation, which should have been excluded at trial. This inadmissible evidence was the lynchpin of the prosecutor’s case, which resulted in a conviction. Where does the case go from here? Is the Defendant free to go?
