Take a look at these two case examples and then read through the articles listed below and tell us what you see as the ethical dilemma with NDAs and what you would propose instead, as a HR professional.

The Me Too & Black Lives Matters movements surfaced the widespread nature of harassment and discrimination in the workplace. It also shined a spotlight on the negative impact of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) on the perpetuation of harmful practices. NDAs have been routinely included in separation agreements and in employment contracts and they limit the ability of current and former employees to say anything negative about a company, with few if any exceptions.

Take a look at these two case examples and then read through the articles listed below and tell us what you see as the ethical dilemma with NDAs and what you would propose instead, as a HR professional.

choose an actor that you particularly admire. Tell us why you enjoy watching that actor’s work, but please be specific in discussing their use of the tools of the actor (body, voice, and mind).

For this week’s discussion, I would like you to choose an actor that you particularly admire. Tell us why you enjoy watching that actor’s work, but please be specific in discussing their use of the tools of the actor (body, voice, and mind). Does this actor use their body expressively, and change the way the body is used to help illuminate the different characters they have played? Does this actor have command of his or her voice, creating a voice for a character that is unique FOR that character? And finally, does this actor seem to use his/her analytical and imaginative skills to create a unique a fleshed out character in each project? Please support your assertions with specific examples of “tool use” from your chosen actor in film, TV, or on stage. Feel free to discuss any special skills that this actor has demonstrated in his/her roles (that film where he had to fight effectively, that role where she had a perfect Russian accent, etc.) In this forum, it is really important that you discuss the way your actor uses there tools to create the roles you enjoy. Don’t just say that you enjoy their performances, really BE SPECIFIC about how they create the roles that you like

The Day the Earth Stood Still: Old Vs New

I would like to see more of how these films are similar based on genre, camera techniques, the mise-en-scene, a film movement (neorealism, nouvelle vague, etc), stars, music, etc. And you can talk about how they are different.

I want a thesis and support of your argument. This is MORE THAN PLOT SUMMARY. If you are using MLA the title of major works like movies and books are underlined or in italics and APA uses italics if you underline major works, then all major works need to be underlined, if you italicize major works then all major works must be italicized. And of course, it is expected you use proper grammar and punctuation.
