Re: Jensen chemicals and hardware depot Dear Sir, I am writing this in regard to the status of the business as for the last couple of years, and the latest happenings mainly in the last year. On observing the financials of the company closely, there is a serious problem in the chemical divisions of the company that needs an urgent resolution. Currently, the department has debts accumulating to $740,000, and business seems not to be doing so well. Combining this with the $200,000 loss last year, it is evident that the section might adversely affect the entire company. In view of the projections, there is no much hope for any improvements. The markets are dwindling, leaving us almost stranded.

With the above in mind, I think it is wise we sell off the chemicals department, to safeguard the hardware depot. A personal valuation of the company puts it at roughly $500,000, which I think would be a good sales price for the business. Please look into this matter and consider taking the best decision.

Sincerely,

Nick.

The best way for a company to plan for unpredictable crises is to ensure that there is a crises management tactic put in place to deal with any unexpected occurrence. This may involve having an efficient communication plan. The best strategy to combat an online rumor is to come up with a fast and comprehensive rebuttal. A quick and consistent crisis response plan is essential for a company in responding to crises. Prioritizing stakeholders involves complete mapping to show the manner in which the stakeholders interlink, and the influence they hold on each other (Seeger, Sellnow & Ulmer 48).

Mr. Gray, a 65-year-old man, was in an automobile accident in which he suffered a concussion

Mr. Gray, a 65-year-old man, was in an automobile accident in which he suffered a concussion. Soon after he was released, he noticed what he described as a “gray spot” in his field of vision. At first he ignored it, thinking it would go away, but the spot seemed to darken and spread over his visual field. He didn’t report any pain with the problem. On calling his physician, he was advised to go to the nearest hospital immediately. A detached retina was diagnosed.

After treatment, he regained most of his normal sight back. Five years later, he began having problems again. The central area of his visual field was becoming blurred, and he was losing his depth perception. An initial eye examination revealed neovascularization in both eyes.

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Evaluate the role of the WHO in global health governance. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. This has resultantly called for the reassessment of the rules and institutions governing healthy policy and practice at various levels, including subnational level, national level, regional level and global level. This has been so due to a number of factors, which despite the fact that they are outsider the health sector brackets, they are progressively affecting health. Some of these factors include such as collective violence, trade and investment flows, conflict, criminal activity, communication technologies and environmental change (WHO 2010, p.1). This thus necessitates for the broadening of the agenda of public health to include the aforementioned global forces and at the same time see to it that human health is promoted and protected. It is however broadly believed that the international health governance system is not sufficiently meeting these needs and besides, this current system is characterised by a number of gaps and shortcomings. As a result of these perceived shortcomings, the concept of global health governance has become a key interest area of debate in the field of international health.

submit a 9000 words paper on the topic Is there any relation between change of auditors and the client’s stock price

Hi, need to submit a 9000 words paper on the topic Is there any relation between change of auditors and the client’s stock price. As the performances and financial transactions of a company have direct effect on the stock prices, hence choice of auditors is considered as an essential factor for every business. Depending on the individual needs and the performances of both the business and the audit team, change in auditors is also performed by several businesses, which in turn has either a positive or negative effect on the stock prices. This particular research has been focused on understanding the relation that change in auditors has with stock prices of a company. And, it could be obtained from this particular study that agency theory can be well associated with the employment of auditor agencies and that the change in auditors has a direct relation with the prices of stocks. 1.
