Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on Parent’s of Sex Offenders. It needs to be at least 1500 words. Or, even if it’s known, the parent of an offender could be in denial and attest to the innocence of his child based on offender’s denial. On the same note, parents of the offender might be in disbelief, aghast or maybe in an extreme incredulity or wonder what have gotten into the psyche of their child that prompted him to do sexual offense to another. The incident will generate quick personal evaluation how they’ve been parenting to their children. Offender’s parents will likewise be subjected to trauma and psychological disturbance as impacts of their child’s abuses has consequential effect to them, too. The institution offer services on extensive research, education, and empirical-based learning process using practical experiences, advocacy on public policy and community-based intervention strategies that will pave for effective holistic evaluation, medication or treatment, and about managing individuals who have sadly caused sexual abuses or posed sexual risks or vulnerabilities to others (ATSA, 2012. Ethical Treatment for All Youths, 2012). ATSA (2012) contended that they could support person, family and association that are committed to “community safety, reduction of sexual recidivism, protection of sexual offenders, and safe-keeping vulnerable populations (p. 1).” They assured parents to provide intelligible and emotional support that could transform the very lives of people who’ve been intricately involved in the commission of sexual violence and could be directed to change their behavior to facilitate the prevention of sexual abuse (ATSA, 2012, p.1). Other than ATSA, the National Center for Reason and Justice (NCRJ, 2012) and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (2012) also help assist families in developing child-protective laws by educating stakeholders of child rights, responsible judicial system and promote laws, investigation and treatment to those who’ve been accused of sexual crimes. If legal measures aren’t enough to discipline a child, maybe institution that can help subject a child to psychological and emotional healing can assist in normalizing and understanding an offender’s state. No, it’s not too late. Parents of offenders should recognize and study their children’s behavior as they grow into adolescence.

My educational background tells it all for I have a bachelor degree of engineering where I majored in the Information Security. That was in Sichuan University at Chengdu, China in July, 2012. Currently, am doing my Masters of Science in Information Systems & Operations Management (ISOM) in the University of Florida (USA), which I will be through in May, 2015.

Experience being the best teacher I have had it in an academic research which took four months in 2012 between February and May. The research involved the realization of image encryption based on Chaos System where I applied C++ programming and the logistics map of Chaos system to realize image encryption. I also made an analysis of chaotic image encryption. The research also opened me up to note the advantages of chaos system in the speed of image encryption.

In 2011, between the month of March and May I was an intern in Hwadee IT Corporation. The experience in the Corporation was an eye opener as I learnt the security of basic communication platform. During the internship, I did various activities such as maintaining the network environment, establishing a secure Network Operating System (NOS), encryption, certification and network defense. In addition, I went for another internship for three months at Anhui Provincial Hospital as from July I the same year. This gave me a chance to correct the system bug and customers’ needs during the commissioning and later communicated with the R&D department and assisted them to upgrade related models. I also communicated with customers who get to use the system to increase our work efficiency. Finally, I was involved in the testing of the system’s function at each stage, ensuring to meet customers’ needs to their satisfactory.

I have obtained various skills from my academics and the interns. One is in the Software Engineering which involves assembling language and Microsoft Visual Studio. The other skills I learnt are in Microsoft Applications and Operating systems.

This article goes an extra mile to explain how the two approaches recommended by Eckstein can be used to explain the complicated reasons for the violence. It explains the two approaches separately as the structural and the behavioral hypotheses. The structural hypotheses explain the general characteristics the society exhibits that can explain the reason for internal war. The behavioral hypotheses on the other hand discuses the society’s perception and studies how the social circumstances were tolerable at a particular place and time, but could not be tolerated somewhere else leading to war. The authors however do not seem to have their points well spelt out. On top of that, the thesis is stated half way into the paper while according to the standard format, the thesis should be at least somewhere at the beginning of the paper so that a reader can have a clear understanding of what the author wants to focus on. In addition, there seems to be several points of focus and not just one particular point that one can point out as the main thesis. Apart from that, the paper does not seem to have a flow as the points appear mixed up and one has to keep jumping bits on the paper in order to understand the points the authors are trying to outline. In their explanations, especially on the hypotheses stated by the quoted author, they focused on one reference, which should not be the case since the author might have a biased view.
