I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Friendship Relationships. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. It is essential that trusted individuals be part of a person’s company in order to enable him to survive this world.

God himself promoted the companionship of individuals by befriending the lonely Adam with Eve (Fairchild). Before her arrival, Adam was the only man that existed in the world. It was their friendship that led to the prosperity of the human race as a whole in the times to come.

Friendships could come at stake due to a number of factors. Glick & Rose have mentioned in their work that “youths with peer relationship problems are at risk for maladjustment. Likewise, social skills deficits could contribute to problems in friendships” (Glick & Rose, p.1117). The statement mentioned above narrates a very strong fact. It emphasizes that socializing is the key to prosperity not only for the personal needs of an individual but also for him to be able to survive in the corporate world out there. Establishment of friendly relations with peers often results in confidence-building eventually leading to the achievement of success in whatever fields concerned.

If a person befriends an individual who does not belong to his native cultural and ethnic background it is very likely that such a happening may result in the broadening of that individual’s perspectives and may become a source of the increase in his knowledge.

Cross-cultural friendships are often a source of an entry into a whole new world. These friendships often develop at the basic levels of elementary school. Studies suggest that cross-cultural friendships assist students greatly if they are formed those relationships during middle school (McGlothlin, Edmonds, & Killen, p.424).

Moreover, “Children, adolescents, and adults who effectively establish ethnically and racially diverse friendships and networks are better able to manage their social environments”(Tran & Lee, p.456). Thus, it may well be termed that cross-cultural friendship is a major source of the self-strengthening of an individual. The socializing of such an individual becomes a source of prosperity for his own cultural background related links as well as he is often able to understand them better after going through the exposure of a comparatively less familiar cultural and social background.

In comparison to the above mentioned thriving individuals, there are also those who are not very social and like to live within their own personality shells. Such individuals have not known to be successful in their practical ventures and often suffer from loneliness and anxiety. For example, a teenager who fails to establish sound relations with his peer may develop smoking habits, alcoholism, drug abuse etcetera in response to the anguish that he feels within himself. Moreover, those who are reluctant in establishing positive relations with others may develop emotional problems. I found an interview which was taken by Bella Shaw of Time. Warner Local Edition, Robin Felton discusses the importance of friendship on special need children she said “Friendship Circle brings to the lives of special needs children. Through a full range of activities – home visits, sports, gymnastics, music, rock climbing, camp and much more “. Hence it may be deduced that healthy friendship is a sign of successful upbringing of individuals.

Though there are innumerable benefits of befriending individuals there can be certain cons associated with friendships as well. Making friends may sometimes become a threat if friends are not chosen wisely. If a person who does not have a positive reputation befriends you, you are more likely to suffer because of his bad habits as they might get inculcated within your own self too.

On a broader perspective, however, it is essential to realize that the survival of individuals is possible only if they befriend others around them. Adding to this the famous quotation goes that ‘A friend in need is a friend indeed!’ reaffirming the faith in a friendship that a true friend is one who would always be available to assist his friends no matter what the circumstances.

Since times unknown the prose and poetry of man has revolved around the essence of friendship. One of the latest of these additions is the following excerpt from Singer Mariah Carey’s song:

Anytime you need a friend,

I will be here.

Youll never be alone again,

So don’t you fear?

Even if you’re miles away,

I’m by your side.

So don’t you ever be lonely.

Love will make it alright.

Ideally speaking, the above prose signifies the true and pure essence of friendship highlighting the same fact that we threw light upon above that a true friend is one who is selfless and is thus a companion to you in times of need and loneliness.

Conclusively it may be said that friendship is one of the kindest relationships created by God. When treated wisely friendship is enough to become the cause of success of an individual and to face all odds of life.

Hey Professor Pisano and Classmates,

Music is one of the most powerful of the arts partly because sounds- more than any other sensory stimulus- create in us involuntary reactions, pleasant or unpleasant (Jacobus & Martin, 2019).  Music has the power to change a mood, ignite excitement and happiness, and calm your spirit after a long stressful day.  It is an escape from the sorrows and pain of life and can be used as a stress reducer. Music therapy involves the planned use of music to treat physical, cognitive, psychological, emotional, and social needs of individuals and groups (Korusky, 2018).

In The humanities through arts chapter nine, Jacobson and Martin explain how music can be experienced in two ways: “listening” and “hearing”.  The hearer does not listen to detail, instead they concentrate on the rhythm and the melody of the music and what emotions it promotes.  The listener understands and listen to the details of the music, they know when the melody changed, and another instrument was introduced into the background (Jacobus & Martin, 2019).  For my choice is Blues and Jazz.  The personal reason I chose to discuss this type, is I grew up in a strict Pentecostal home, where music words were not only screened by mother, but if she felt the meaning was not Christian “like” it was forbidden to be played in our household.

But she allowed what she called “soft Jazz”, and I remember Saturday morning cleaning sessions and my siblings, and I loved when she would play Jazz loud in the house.  The blues was developed and popular in the African American communities and still to this day is an international phenomenon (Jacobus & Martin, 2019).  The music became an inspiration of hope to the African American people, allowing them to express their feelings through music.  They embraced it and held on to it.  Billy Holliday is remembered for her role in the genre of Blues and in 1997 a movie about her life was titled “Lady sings the blues”. “The blue to me”, Holiday told Time magazine in 1957, are like being very sad, very sick-and again, like going to church and being very happy” (O’Neal, 2016).  One of Holliday’s most memorable songs was “God bless the child”.  The song is enclosed below in the YouTube hyperlink.

write an article on Difference In Female Roles In the US and In the Middle East. It needs to be at least 1250 words.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on Difference In Female Roles In the US and In the Middle East. It needs to be at least 1250 words.

The major difference between an American and Middle Eastern woman is a matter of choice. According to the Middle Eastern women, they have no say in any issue and are taken as submissive. Their role is mostly to look after their families, prepare meals and take care of the children while their male counterparts were working to make money. On the other hand, American women have a choice to make on the roles they are supposed to do. Another difference that exists in the women from the two countries is their attire.

In the 1950’s, women in America were not allowed to wear some types of clothes as they were seen as too revealing. A current American woman is free to wear anything they want as long as it is decent. Their constitutional rights were expressed by the way they were allowed to exercise the freedom of expression. Women from the Middle East also have some restriction on the type of clothing they wear.&nbsp. The women are forced to wear garments referred to as heaven mandates and were also forced to cover their faces with a Hijaab.

The reason for wearing Hijaab is to protect themselves against strange men outside their homes. His is a protection since Allah does not allow women should not display themselves. Several Americans believe that women from Muslim countries are exploited by their Islamic religion, deprived of education and other rights and forcefully made to fully cover themselves. It is a fact that women in the Middle East and all over the world are struggling against discrimination and limiting practices in the workforce, education, and family responsibilities.

Many of these limiting practices are part of the cultural traditions but not from Islam itself. Currently, Islam women have been given several rights some of which were never enjoyed by women from the western countries till later in the 19th century. For instance, until 1880, women in England were not allowed to own a property and any property owned by the women were given to their husbands immediately after they got married. On contrary, women from the Middle East countries were allowed to retain their property even after marriage.

The two bills that were discussed were SB 11, the campus carries bill, and SB 17, the open carry bill. The bills passed and forwarded to the committee and the Senate respectively for considerations to be done. The Texas Moms Demand Action Chapter for the American Presidents Gun Sense has been advocating some strict gun regulations (Hupp 45). The president has had the chance to testify at the end of the day opposing both the SB 11 and SB 17 bills. The bills operate by expounding the system of the state for hidden handgun licenses.

The system allows for those who are over the age of 21 to pass a check on criminal background and complete the safety and proficiency training to be allowed to carry concealed handguns (Lott 18).The SB 11 bill if passed will allow for those who have qualified for a CHL to carry their guns even inside the classrooms of buildings on college campuses. Presently, those who hold the CHL may carry the guns on campus but they are not allowed to carry them on the college buildings. The laws on taxes also allow the holders to carry other long guns such as shotguns and rifles (Smith 25).

The SB 17 bill, on the other hand, will expand the existing laws to allow the CHL holders to carry their handguns openly. Consequently, the topic of whether those who hold CHL tend to be law-abiding and safe is paramount for the lawmakers to put into consideration as they debate on passing the two bills (Ludwig and Lott 20). The Texas-based public security department has also posted the conviction rates done to the CHL holders compared to the general population of Texas on their website that dates way back from 1996.

Although, the DPS does not, in any case, consider the convictions made to the CHL holders to be final until a year elapses after the convictions have been made (Tanne 14). The time is given to allow appeals to be done and to generate the reports at&nbsp.the end of every year using two-year data to allow for that time. For more accurate comparisons to be made, the DPS includes the only convictions by those who are aged 21 years and above so that they match the minimum age for a CHL.&nbsp.
