llennium, one of the goals set by policy makers throughout the world was to reduce 50% of hunger throughout the word by the period of 2015 (Scanes, 2011, p.8). During 2006, over 820 million were expected to be among those who are suffering from hunger throughout developing nations and the rate of hunger is increasing instead of decreasing at a constant rate, especially in African and Southern Asian regions (Hampton, 2007). This paper will focus on what food insecurity is and what is causing food insecurity in the regions of developing nations, as well as how it can be countered.

During 2000, all the leaders throughout the world decided to comply with the aims and objectives of MDGs (Millennium Development Goals) (Sachs, 2005). On top of the aims and objectives list was the reduction of poverty and hunger. During 2003, the numbers showed positive signs as hunger decreased from 823 million to 820 million which accounts for a change from 20% to 17% of hunger (Skoet, 2006, p.4). Food insecurity is a term used to define conditions when individuals do not have access to food both physically and economically throughout their life and can not stay well nutritious and healthy.

The components that add up to form the definition and application of food security include: existence of abundant amount of food in reality, accessibility of food to individuals and stable accessibility over prolonged period of time, availability of high quality food, and ability of human beings to control their food and what they eat. Hunger is a term mostly used to denote to food insecurity but it is not actually food insecurity because hunger can even arise on temporary basis for people who have abundant amount of food.

Hunger does not last for a prolonged period of time and it takes place when agricultural production declines due to changes in weather and seasons or during war sessions.

Despite its almost superb cockpit design, Cessna T303 users have experienced a number of handling problems that have resulted in the increasing need for cockpit overhaul and upgrade using modern Garmin Traffic Advisory System to TCAS II standard on the current cockpit configuration of Cessna T303 aircraft. One of the common design issues affecting Cessna T303 aircraft is unreliable engine instruments and cockpit controls that make the plane to be particularly more vulnerable to potential mid-air collision incidences than most of its modern counterparts.

Within the last decade, the number of aircraft fitted with traffic alert and collision avoidance system known as TCAS II have significantly increased. TCAS II is an important security tool that is often designed to help prevent mid-air collisions of aircraft.&nbsp.Traffic collision avoidance systems are important components of aircraft that are primarily designed to minimize the potential incidences of mid-air collisions between aircraft. This is particularly achieved by installing equipment that enables the pilot to effectively monitor the airspace around the craft for other aircraft equipped with similar corresponding transponders without the involvement of the air traffic control.

In this regard, the system may then warn the pilot of the presence of other TCAS equipped aircraft in order to avoid the likelihood of mid-air collision (Coombes, 2000, p.85).The mechanism of operation of traffic&nbsp.alert and collision avoidance&nbsp.system is normally based on the use of secondary surveillance radar transponder signals that often independent of ground-based air traffic controls. Many modern aircraft are increasingly equipped with glass cockpits where the TCAS systems may be effectively integrated and fitted into the Electronic Horizontal Situation Indicator (EHSI) or the Navigation Display (ND) of the aircraft.

However, the older aircrafts such as Cessna T303 models which have mechanical instrumentations, an integrated TCAS such as modern Garmin GTS 8000 Traffic Advisory System can only be fitted by replacing certain mechanical components such as the mechanical Vertical Speed Indicators that were originally meant to show the rate at which the plane is ascending or descending.

les of bias will likely always occur in one form or another, but the suggestion that there has somehow been a concerted, secretive international conspiracy by evil corporations directed against women is ridiculous. This paper debunks the glass ceiling myth by examining the arguments by those who would defend its existence and by injecting context and perspective into the discussion.

Prior to delving into the multiple facets of the supposed wage gap between men and women in the workplace, one indisputable aspect should be addressed.

This nation operates on a capitalistic system. Companies large and small, in every industry and service, have one main goal which is to make a profit, the bigger the better. Therefore, it is an economic reality that if a company could hire women who would accept 25 percent less compensation than a man to perform the same job, as is popularly claimed, they would hire only women. Since this phenomenon hasn’t occurred either locally or nationally, it can be safely assumed that there is no gender-based disparity in wages, no unspoken conspiracy to discriminate against women, no glass ceiling.

A recent study which surveyed nearly 900 companies of various sizes found that about half reported that it was at least somewhat likely its next CEO would be of the female gender. This would not have been the case 30 years ago when women, driven by economic necessity, began to enter the workforce in larger numbers. Business analysts have estimated that “it takes the average man 20 years to become general manager, 25 years to become president, and 30 years to become CEO assuming he has the personal and professional qualities to make it in the first place” (Larson, 2005).

Thirty years after women on the whole became more career oriented, they are today as likely as men to assume the head position of businesses, right on schedule.

March German Autobahn Autobahn is one of the motorways constructed by the federal government. The federal government also assumes the responsibility of their maintenance. Bundesautobahn is the official name of these motorways. These motorways were called Reichsautobahn in the 1920s and 1930s. Autobahns contain numerous traffic lanes. A barrier in the centre separates the lanes. The concept of construction of the autobahn dates back to the time of the Weimer Republic. However, lack of political support and other economic problems caused delays in construction.

In 1935, with the construction of the first section that linked Frankfurt to Darmstadt, the autobahns became the first of all high-speed networks of roads in the whole world. Driving on the German autobahn is generally a very different experience from that of driving somewhere else. There is a lot more fun in driving on the German autobahn to get around Germany than getting onto the public rail. People normally consider autobahn a more risky and lawless route but the reality is counter to this general perception.

The German autobahn is much more organized road with speed limit zones than what most people think it to be. Citizens of the European Union as well as citizens of the USA who belong to 36 of the total states of the USA are allowed to drive on the German autobahn with the license from their native countries for a year (Anil). Although foreigner drivers are required to carry a translated version of their driving licenses, yet there are no strict implications for violation.
