It is theorized that climate change can cause the dissolution of existing ecosystems and the formation of new ecosystems. As you now know, there are many factors, both abiotic and biotic, that influence the functioning of an ecosystem. Climate is one factor that is global in scale and while others may be highly local, but they all work together to have an effect. Choose and ecosystem and describe how that ecosystem might change as a result of climate change indicating the effects on species found in that ecosystem as evidence.
